I believe stories will tell the suffering in Palestine better than news articles. I look at the news today and I watch how people are told that some lives matter more than others. How some people have names and stories and some only count as numbers and statistics. I want to show something different. I want to show we are all the same and that we share the same dreams and hopes and desires. However we will never understand ourselves and our connection until we have peace so we must seek justice and freedom. That is the essence of my writing.
