Dear customer, in Australia consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose of don’t match the description, in this situation we will refund your full purchase price and original shipping costs.
If you change your mind about a purchase you need to advise us within three days of receiving the item and send it back within seven days, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. All products must be returned in their original condition. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post as you are responsible if the product is lost or damaged on its return trip.

Our preferred carrier is Australia Post.
Any purchase over $25 AUD in value will be sent registered. This adds to the cost but offers the customer tracking and we are notified when you receive your item.
We post items as soon as possible after we receive your payment, however hereunder are the expected delivery times.
We kindly ask you to wait until the end of this period as items are occasionally delayed by factors outside of our control.
